All apartments have their own loggia, terrace and front garden.

Maison Ořechovka is an urban residence consisting of eight villas in Prague 6.

It is characterized by silence, peace and plenty of greenery. The apartments on the ground floor are extended by front gardens planted with trees and flowers - providing an ideal place to relax. The upper floors of the villas have their own loggias or terraces and on the last, receding floors are luxury penthouses that offer maximum privacy.

The facades of the buildings are decorated with elegant walkways with embedded greenery, which harmonises with the original local architecture and underlines the quiet residential atmosphere of Ořechovka. Between the individual houses there is an inner block, the vegetation of which connects to the front gardens of the ground floor apartments. The relaxation area with benches then functions as a pleasant place for family or neighbourhood gatherings.

Each of the five-storey villas contains spacious and interesting apartments from 1 + KK to 6 + KK. They are equipped to a high standard, whether it be large-format windows, tiles, wooden floors, concealed taps, electric blinds or, for example, freestanding bathtubs.  Garage spaces and spacious cellars in the two underground floors also contribute to the comfort of the residents.

The interesting material rendering of the objects is perfectly complemented by creative surface treatments.

In the area of Prague's Střešovice, which from the historical point of view of architecture, already encourages an interesting design of the buildings and the urban integration, it was possible to build an interesting residential complex of apartment buildings that fit into the existing area. The interesting material representation of the objects is perfectly complemented by creative surface treatment in the combination of smooth white surfaces lining the perimeter of the villas and the grooved structure, which at first glance evokes that it is a sheet metal which is an excellent choice.
