The Re.Start Petynka apartment complex is a place where you can recharge your batteries after a busy day. In the shade of the mature trees of the nearby swimming pool, you can throw away your worries and enjoy the high aesthetic and functional design of the house, which is located at a luxurious address in Prague 6.

It is always a challenge for architects to design a large house, such as the Na Petynce house.
Our aim was to design a confident house with all the attributes of modern living.
Above all, the house respects its surroundings, whether it is the urban structure of the surrounding buildings, transport, road and pedestrian links or the Petynka swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. The facades of the house with balconies and loggias provide all the light and spatial comfort for the inhabitants of the house, while being simple without unnecessary pomp and gestures. The rhythmic facades and the connection of the two floors by the composition of white elements create the impression of a visually smaller house.
The simple operational concept of the house with three stair sections ensures natural spatial orientation of the occupants in the house. The apartments are designed rationally and use the maximum potential of the area of each of them. The ground floor retail parterre complemented by a tree line and a passage connecting the street to the swimming pool area is a bonus of pleasant urban living. Spacious duplex apartments with terraces on the eighth and ninth floors naturally complete the project.
