Adoptive parent of helmeted cassowary

In 2003, CASUA became the proud adoptive parent of its namesake helmeted cassowary (Casuar in Czech) in the Prague Zoo. That it is a species with a "helmet" cannot be a coincidence. Why cassowary? Our family name "Casua" connects us with this rare creature (Casuarius Casuarius), and over time it became the mascot of our company.

The cassowary has a home in Australia and New Guinea and is unfortunately endangered due to habitat loss and poaching. We are so grateful for the opportunity to support the conservation and care of this species.
