The multifunctional building Myšák Gallery was created by reconstruction of the historical building No. 710 in Vodičkova Street and at the same time by completion of the adjacent gap. A commercial arcade was thus created on the complex land of the alley, which connects the busy city street with the quiet monastery garden in the courtyard. The building also includes new offices and luxury apartments with views of Prague.
The arcade has three levels and offers space for various shops and services. There is a large BILLA supermarket in the basement and the Museum of Fantastic Illusions on the first floor. The dominant feature of the passage is the legendary Prague confectionery Myšák, which dominated the original rondocubist building during the First Republic.
In the underground there are four floors for parking. In order to excavate them between the original buildings, we built using the "up and down" method. First, we placed the basic load-bearing Milanese walls and piles four basements deep, followed by simultaneous construction of the above- and below-ground portions of the building.
