Business and office centre Bořislavka

We have been working on the project documentation for the construction of the multifunctional OC Bořislavka in Evropská Street since mid-2017. At the beginning of 2018, a reinforced concrete skeleton with five underground floors was already growing out of the construction pit. This formed the base for the four above-ground buildings. The tallest of them has eight floors, the others always decrease by one floor towards the city centre In this way walkable terraces with a view of the Prague skyline are created at different levels 

A building that elegantly combines the functions of a department store and an administrative centre, was created with high demands on aesthetic design. The architect's intention was to create four dominant crystals, which is clearly evident from the various cuts and beveling of the glass facade and attics. 

The upper floors of all four buildings are intended for offices. The ground floor and two underground floors with passages connected to the Bořislavka metro station serve the general public - there are shops, restaurants, a supermarket and plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The outdoor space between buildings, form a pleasant quiet zone, where you can sit by the lake, geysers, greenery or artistic sculptures. The remaining underground spaces are intended for parking, car wash, storage and operational facilities.
