Multifunctional complex Vinice
The Vinice residential complex and commercial centre in Prague 10 was our first major project.
The entire design and construction process took only an incredible seven years.
This is a project that we have completed from the very beginning, that is, from the stabilization of the white areas of the zoning plans to the final approval. Here you can see the detailed designs of these buildings. And the whole process only took a whopping 7 years. Today, we might hardly have achieved a zoning change in the same amount of time, and that would be a very optimistic view.
