The residential complex is designed on the site of the detention prison next to the court in Jičínská Street.
The high-rise building in Jičínská Street adds a new dynamism to the area.
It has not yet been built, but the prison has already been demolished. This contract is also very interesting for us because at the beginning of the second millennium we managed to build a complex of apartment buildings with a new ground floor and shops, called the Laurinova Housing Cooperative, in Jičínská Street on the site of the military barracks where the Soviet army used to be based. The urban concept of the construction on the territory of the former prison is dominated by a corner high-rise building on Jičínská Street, which adds a new dynamic to the area on the main access road from Jičín.
